Frosty Fix provides air conditioning repair and servicing on a strictly “as-is” basis. We accept no liability for future leaks, faults, or failures after service is completed. This includes issues caused by rough driving, accidents, poor road conditions, natural wear and tear, or problems related to the A/C compressor or other vehicle parts not repaired or replaced by us.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs arising after the service, including rental, transport, or breakdown recovery. All work is carried out at the customer’s risk, and no guarantees are made on the long-term condition of the A/C system or vehicle.

No refunds are offered unless agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
